By accessing or using ExposureIntel ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ExposureIntel provides attack surface monitoring, asset discovery, and related security scanning and reporting. Features and availability depend on your plan (e.g. Starter, Pro).
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You may not use the Service to scan or target systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g. monthly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service, including its design, code, and content (other than your data), is owned by ExposureIntel or its licensors. You do not acquire any right to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted under these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExposureIntel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account or subscription as described in your account or billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and, for material changes, we will provide notice (e.g. by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
